Having rental properties throughout Houston, I call Sir Fix-A-Lot for all my handyman services. It is a family owned business; a husband and wife team. He is very knowledgeble, has a wide range of skills, consistently helpful and they charge me by the project not per hour. When my tenants move out, Sir Fix-A-Lot comes and inspects all the damages, changes the locks and sets an appointment to do all the repairs for a quick turnaround. All of my tenants call them directly when they have maintenance or emergency repair issues. They keep my properties well maintained. Sir Fix-A-Lot is very reliable, trustworthy and respectful to my family & my tenants. They do top of the line work everytime. Pictures of some of my properties are on their website www.sirfix.net If you have anything you need to repair, install, replace, remodel, improve or build in Houston, Stafford, or Sugarland, TX give Sir Fix-A-Lot a call at 409-526-8393. |

Even though he is a good friend he gave me and my husband the best price with professional service and got the job done exactly how we wanted it and was of course being a friend he was still friendly with a smile when I changed my mind on some things. I would recommend him for anything. He put in a new tub with relocating the drain, new fixtures, new wall to it, textured the walls, primed and repainted and even put the new flooring in and I have NEVER been happier. He has done other work for us like digging up old concrete slabs that were horrible, leveling the ground in our entire yard and breaking down 2 termite infested sheds that were in our back yard. He can run ANY type of equipment. |

He is located here in south beach. On time, good rate, he did a great job. He was honest on telling me what was wrong. English speaking, which could get difficult here in Miami when trying to explaining something. Sobehandyman.com is how i found him |

I was referred to this Handyman through a friend, who calls this guy "Sir Fix A Lot".. lol. He does really great work at afforable prices. I was in desperate need to get these 2 couches taken apart and reassembled in a diff room. He did a wonderful job, was extra careful & meticulous, & he fixed our dining room chairs.. He really is a genius with furniture stuff.... He has done some painting, light drywall patchings, minor elect and plumb, door hardware replacements, etc. He will work on the weekends too! I ended up hiring him to do some demo for me later on... He works for his wife's family GC business .... so he can get anything done that may need a skilled craftsman or require a permit even. I was like a One-Stop Shop, Full Service, Handyman. He has given me the ok to put his contact info if anyone is interested: rnName: Eric rnCell: 754-242-2175. rnEmail: [email protected] |

Used a guy calls himself HandyPro @ 732 673 8224. The guy was mature , responsible and full of great ideas. once we decided on the exact job and list of things to be done , this guy worked like I never saw a person work. Very old school values on how he does the job. He knows what he is doing. All the work was done with professional results. Talk about going the extra mile. This is the second time I used him and felt compelled to tip him extra each time. |

I run a company called ER Services. I always try to tell my clients to bundle their work assignments for maximum value. A good well rounded handyman should have no problem with anything residential including many vehicle repairs. The benefit derived from a good handyman is that you get a lot of knowledge rolled into one person who is smart and confident enough to go out on their own in the world of repairs. I come from the heavy service and maintenance industry and just got tired of always training the new guys and making money for someone else. So I started my own company, carry all required insurance, operate under a legitimate LLC and report earnings to the IRS. 405-202-4848 OKC |

I called for a few home projects to be looked at, in lawrenceville ga. i need somethings installed and as well as replaced. Bill Broome was the guy for the job i was told about from the lady on the phone, needless to say i took the advice. Bill Broome who owns b&g contracting came out to my house on schedule we walked through as i explained my issues and things to be done. Well this wonderful man is honest and you can trust him on the job knowing its taking care of, things i thought need to get replace like washer, bill looked at the broken thing and took 15 min to have it running like new again, fixed garage door spring that i got estimates on before but not yet fixed, for 30$ and surprises me on his knowledge how he knows everything on and about in all these different jobs as well as performs with a great friendly peronality and price, everyone needs to have this guy around.. |

I recently hired Juan Camacho from Camacho's Handyman to repair my washing machine, closet sliding doors and he changed one of my bathroom faucets. I originally hired him to just fix my washing machine, and found that he did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. I was worried that there would not be a fix to my washing machine, but he was able to repair it. He charges $50 for the first hour, then $25 per hour for the remaining time. After seeing that he did such a fabulous job on my washing machine, for such a reasonable price, I hired him to do more repairs in my home. I HIGHLY recommend Camacho's Handyman! He can definitely get any job done! |

Joe Papay of 1651 E. Elgin St. CHANDLER (phone number 4803639411) defrauded me of nearly $20,000 over the course of a year. I live overseas and employed Joe Papay to do work on 3 properties I purchased for investment.rnHis original quote to complete renovations on my properties was $10,000. However he continuously requested I pay him more money until I had given him nearly $20,000 and had no more money left. I then had people check on the properties in Phoenix to discover he had completed almost no work on the properties.rnI discovered I had been the victim of a scam artist. rnI am writing this in the hope that no one else will be a victim of this con man. |

I needed electrical, some odds and ends done around the house and some plumbing. He was great! He even called to follow up to make sure everything was working correctly. He has now done work for several other people I know and everyone was more than satisfied! |
