House Cleaning Cost - Buyer Experiences and Price Information

I have these two gal's clean my condo twice a month.I have been totally pleased with there work and attention to detail. I have recommened them to several of my friends,co-workers and family members.They also have been pleased with there work.

We're pack rats, and Candice's team, per our request, cleans the bathrooms, kitchen, floors and carpets every trip. Also per our request, they will dust around the stacks of books, etc. They fold any clean clothes, wash any dishes in the sink, and are agreeable to occasional additional tasks. We've used their service for years. Based on the rates I see on this page, I'm giving them a raise!

What a wonderful job these girls did,they came to my house with a smile and very friendly,offered there services with no hidden cost,they walked through my house and when they were done gave me a price.There first time here to do there cleaning was great!the house smelled so clean and they didnt stop untill they were done!!!job well done would reccomend them to anyone!!!thank you ladies.

I had been looking for a good cleaning company for a long time than I had run into a friend that recommended a BelMon's Cleaning Service and really it is number 1. She had told me that she had hired them awhile ago to clean there place and she loved them very professional and they do not over charge. I have a small condo and I never really have time to clean so I wanted somebody to clean for me a least once a week. They did an awesome job and I have been working with them since May will not change them for the world.

Sad to say but being a busy,single,working, mother, I neglected my house work. It was to the point I had failed 2 apartment inspections. Frantic not to fail a 3rd and be evicted, I began calling local cleaners. Most didn't answer their phones, still others that answered said they would get back with me and didn't. Then, I called Itz Clean. I spoke with Russ who put me at ease. He really made things happen. I called at about 3 pm the day before inspection... to my suprise he said he could send his carpet van out at 6pm and his cleaning lady would be able to be out at 730am the following day, which was great because inspection was at 11am. I use an individual woman to clean my condominium. I completely trust her and she does a very good job. Using a cleaning service gives me the time to do the more difficult jobs such as cleaning behind the furniture and cleaning out the refrigerator. It gives me peace of mind that my home is clean while I am working long hours. My cleaning person vacuums, dusts and thoroughly cleans the bathrooms and kitchen. I choose to wash and change by own bed linens. I have her use my cleaning products. I think it is time to give her a raise.

My husband and I had considered hiring a cleaning company for a few months.Due to his allergies and my complete dislike of harsh chemicals, decided to look into a "green" option. There are a number of very reputable companies in St. Louis that we checked out but none of them seemed "right". I was watching a local morning show when I was home sick one day and Green Frog Eco was on there and I was intriqued. There are 100% green all cloths are 100% biodgradable even the cleanser are in recycled soda bottles.
When the green consultants arrived ( right on time) they were professional and SO friendly! My house was cleaner than I could have ever imagined. It smelled fresh and clean and it was perfect. And all of the free perks are more than worth it. I have recommended them to all of my friends and look forward to using them for a long time

I hired this service a few months ago. They are a small family owned company. They have 2 great ladies working for them who take pride in their work. They are always on time and follow a check list to make sure nothing is missed. I've already sent them to 2 of my friends and they all agree. I called a few different places in my area to get a quote to clean my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The quote I got from JR Cleaning was a little higher then the other ones but I got a good vive and he reassured me the job would be done the first time right! He sure was right, I called him on Tuesday and he was here on Friday on time. They were there for 2 hours with two people. My apartment has NEVER shined like this. They did a fantastic job thru out, did the floors by hand and even took out all my trash. I would highly recommend them aging

this is a husband & wife team, they really did a superb job cleaning my 3-story, 4BR with 3-1/2BA. They are very professional with reasonable pricing, plus they are a preservation maintenance company and I don't need to have another company come out and maintain my yard. They even repaired my broken sprinkler and patched some holes in my walls. These people are great and honest, the husband use to be a diesel mechanic so he is very handy around the house. They come out twice a month.

My cleaning lady is excellent, works for herself and that is why her fees are low,companies or firms KEEP most of the money,do not pay taxes or SS,WHY MAKE THEM PROFIT? Get rid of the middle person,find cleaning services posting in Churches.

Michelle came in and cleaned our home to perfection! She was extremely thorough and never had to be told to do what was expected. She is a one woman show with expectations of growing. At first I was a little thrown back by the price. She charges 25.00 an hour for her services, but she was extremely thorough and exceeded my expectations. She does laundry, windows and wash walls. I am a single mother of 3 and does not get home until after 6pm, she comes to my house once a week every evening just to do my laundry, But I would reccommend her cleaning services as well.

mexican maid services are the best they are in a team of 2 0r 3 and charge really cheap they did a deap cleaning to my home for only 100 buck wow!!! i was surprised

I had never had anyone clean my home before last year. Kristie was recommended to me by a friend and WOW she is AMAZING! She is a self proclaimed "bleach queen". I've never seen my bathroom so clean. You can literally test your home with a white glove after she leaves, it's THAT clean. Always on time, trustworthy and such a nice girl. I recommend her to everyone I know.

I got there name from a friend of mine that had her house done.She said they were good but I had no idea.I keep a clean house at least I thought so. They used a Rainbow Vacuum in my house and they were removing deep down dirt from my carpet. Also, I had some bad build up in my tiled shower and they were able to restore my show to like new condition.I've use other cleaners but never was happy.They deep cleaned my home from top to bottom. It took 2 of them 6 hours.They are gonna clean my house every 2 weeks for 150.
