Contractor: superior exterior |
no out of pocket cost to me they did everything at the expense of my insurance they even covered my deductible. They even got a second adjuster to come out and look when my original adjuster said nothing was damaged. It was such a relief to have some one i could trust. |

Contractor: A to Z (Chad) |
After the recent weather that came through Oklahoma City in June of 2010 I was having a horrible leak. I called A to Z and spoke with Chad and he was fixing the leak later that day, he told me that a chimney was not properly flashed, and after being taken advantage of by another contractor that had put the roof on two years before I was glad to see some professionalism, in a roof that stood by his word. Since then the roof has not leaked and a few days after the repair Chad called me back to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thanks Chad (615) 347-0838. Sincerely, Warm and dry |

emily young of woodland nc stated that she had a roof replacement done bt norbert torres and she states he saved her 3000.00 on her roof, the reason he can do jobs for less is because he hires men off craigslist in the area ne is working and promises men 150.00 per day, when the job is done he will tell you I will mail you A check, I worked for him for 3 days and he sent me A check for 140.00, he is A scam and a thief and if i ever come across him again xxxxxxxx |

Contractor: Licensed Roofer |
The prices in this place are prehistoric! A Licensed Roofing contractor gets way more than 350 per square. You have to consider a few factors to. How many layers of old shingles need to be removed, remember each layer = 1 whole roof! What kind of shingle is to be applied 15 year, 30year, 3 tab shingles, architectual shingles, metal shingles?
What is the pitch of the roof? What is the height of the roof? All these factors can add up to more money. Yes you can get a hack with no license and uses illegal aliens who get paid next to nothing for their labor, but when your roof leaks or the shingle start to blow off due to there incompetence, good luck trying to get the warranty to hold up! The first thing they will ask for is the contractor who applied the roof and the license number of the contractor! If you don't have it then your warranty is void! |

Contractor: Handyman |
Replaced shingles (about 30 strips) after Hurricane Dolly, had to remove fan and work around plumbing vents and corners, money well spent as I get vertigo and high risk of taking a plunge, $350 included material and labor (used Handyman) |

You guy are pretty far off with most of your costs. Not mention the 35% shingle increase in the past two months and gas costs rising. |

Roofer installed my Velux Skylight ($800) into my roof. Cut 1 Support beam and framed the opening. Replaced all shingles around the skylight.
No inside finishing work though. Just a sealed skylight installation. |
