Windows by Jeff did an exceptional job. Great windows beautifully installed. Operate perfectly, make the house quiet even in the Oklahoma wind, and excellent insulation value. |

I came to your site after I got a call from my kids about this estimate for 7 windows. These are just standard tract home windows, nothing fancy and that didn't even include their sliding glass door. I thought it was outrageous and after looking at your article and the comments, I see I was right. I gave them the name of a few other contractors in their area to call for estimates, that I work with. |

We had several bids for windows and D&W gave us the most for our money. The widows look great and we have lost our drafts. These windows came with a good guarantee and we like the clear view. |

Installer: Michiana's Best Choice Windows |
I hired Rob Koon from Michiana's Best Choice Windows to install our new windows. The windows leak air, they did not insulate between frame and jamb. The exterior cladding looks very tacky, the caulking is sloppy. Do your homework before you hire a company like this. |

Hanson's sale rep are crooks. They try to replace our windows $30K and after all the discounts it came down to half that. But we didn't go with them at the end. |

Renewal By Andersen is asking 8,000 dollars to replace one bay window. It is a large window, but I think the price is totally inflated. |

I contracted with Energy Efficient Replacements out of Granger, IN, they are a Vinyl Replacement Window Sales and Installation Company. I purchased their Sunrise Windows for our lake house in Elkhart. The Sunrise window is a high end extremely energy efficient window. The price I paid beat the other Sunrise dealers price by over 1500.00. The windows look wonderful. I would advise you look at the Sunrise window form Energy Efficient Replacements of Granger. |

Hello Gents, All I can say is this company understands good business. Theres a certain feeling that you get when you buy something that you feel good about. They made me feel that way through the entire process. I ordered new windows and a door on January 4. The customer care team contacted me a total of 4 times including the installation set up. I was always informed of status of doing my job. I guess the part that surprises me is that I had 4 windows and siding done last year by another BIG NAME company similar to Windowworks and the process was horrible. I am really shocked and impressed with how they handled my job and me as a customer.Their products that were installed are great and exactly what we need. We feel all the differences with temperature and all that but really the part that really impressed us is their overall handling of the order. Being a business person, I know this type of service needs to be recognized and I had to get my full story out there. Thanks Windowworks |

Windowworks finished out new windows yesterday and job well done. The head installer asked me numerous time a if everything was going as I wanted, and also was very attentive to clean up after each window was installed. The process was very simple as the salesman promised . The order was placed 4 weeks ago today and the customer service person called us 2 times in that time frame to update us on the timeline. It was really a good experience. The bad news is we replaced our windows 5 years ago with a company named energy savers and all the windows but one failed and they wouldn't fix the seals so we had to Get new ones. Very happy with our decision to choose Windowworks |

Energy Efficient Replacements of South Bend replaced our old wood windows with very high quality vinyl replacement windows. The new windows are made by Vista Window Company and are highly energy efficient and air tight. Our home is so much quieter and I can feel the difference already. I would highly recommend you call Energy Efficient Replacements of South Bend if you are in our local area. The owner, Jason was so professional and his installation team was great. |

I haven't written on a blog in a long time but this calls for it. My dad whom is elderly just had new windows and doors installed by WindowWorks and they really took care of him. Being honest, he is very picky and has become quite difficult. The people at Windowworks were so good to him and made this process so easy for him. My dad told me he signed an agreement with a remodeler about a month ago and we were like "oh no". Time passed and yesterday I received the call from my dad saying we need to come by to see his house: I was shocked! upon visiting, i know why. The job was perfect; spotless of any garbage, and very good color choice (which the salesman recommended). Seeing the house I grew up in look so beautiful was a very touching moment. My mom would be so happy to see this.......All I can say is thank you to all the people at WindowWorks that made this happen. Words cannot describe how myself and my siblings feel about this. We will use Windowworks for our house and they have earned a customer for life. rnrnJanice Mikal (Fred Davies daughter) |

Window Works finished our windows and siding this morning and what a transformation. They were reall great from the time they knocked on our door until today. Very easy to worrk with them as promised and they were so concerned with our satisfaction (always asking if everything was looking as we had hoped). Just wanted to write a note because I know how hard it is to choose a company. We had several estimates and they were not only the second lowest price (only to a side job guy) but their product is fantastic. Seem to be very efficient windows and the siding has totally transformed our home. We are more than thrilled. Wished their rep offered us the marketing opportunity that they offered my neighbor but besides that it was perfect. We recommend them and give Windowworks a 10 out of 10. Windows bought in 2012 but the year below only went up to 2011 |

We had our windows installed today and the installation went exactly as the our salesman explained. This company was very easy to work with and each of the four times we spoke to them after we gave our deposit, they were very considerate to our schedule and what we wanted. We had our doors done by another company last year and it was a nightmare. We got 5 prices and WindowWorks was the second lowest only behind a neighbor that was buying the windows from Home Depot. I say Windowworks is a safe choice to anyone who is having a hard time choosing a company. Their number is 888-444-4014. |

This is for an estimate for 16 windows. 14 are a standard size and the other two are for smaller attic windows. We have used Dave in the past for a replacement door. Dave does great work and is very trust worthy. |

Had our house of windows done today and we couldn't be happier. The installers were very professional and very hard workers. We are very happy with the windows. Its our first night with them and the thermostat is set 3 degrees lower than we normally have it and it feels the same. Very good job.... |

After my husband got about 10 estimates and wasted about 20 hours learning about different products, we were about to make a decision between Feldco and Illinois Energy. Then we saw a window installation by WindowWorks at our neigbors house. We liked the way the job was turning out and our neighbors said they were a great company to work with so my husband decided another quote was necessary. I didnt agree but he scheduled an estimate and thank God he did. They sent a gentleman by the name of Jim out to show us their products. This was the only company that didnt spend 2 hours trying to sell us something. Jim reviewed their products, read the warranty line by line, discussed our wants and needs, priced the project. After 10 estimates, I personnaly didn't think we would see anything different because "windows are windows". We learned that was very untrue and we als learned that getting a top of the line window didn't have to mean a top of the line high price. Their price was the 3rd lowest however their offering was far superior. We are so happy that we found them. the windows were installed back in January and the siding per our request will not be installed until March. The windows lowered our last heat bill 36% from the previous month of similar weather. Spending this money was tough for us since we are retired however I truly feel it was money well spent. This company seems to hold some old time values on quality. Quality like this just isnt around anymore like it was 40 years ago. Great company to work with and their products and installation of the windows far exceeeded our intial expectations. We are looking forward to getting our insulated siding system installed next month. |

the problem we had with Andersen was the loss of the gas from insulated windows. The first window problem was replaced, but we provided the installation. When the remaining 11 windows began having the same problem, Andersen hired a crew to drill holes in the edge of the glass so outside air could refill the space that had lost the original gas. This process did help the condensation problem somewhat, but we no longer have the window that was originally purchased. The original gas is no longer part of the current windows. Andersen chose a cheap method of taking care of their problem. |
