this price include permit fees, architectural drawings, structural engineer, and trash dump fees, 2 bath room, 2 bed rooms, walk in closet remodel existing living room, re-roof existing 2500 Sq. ft . Construction was completed in 2 1/2 months from foundation to final. They passed all the contractor savings to me and gave me all receipt spent. Material used was above average, and hiring them to do my kitchen remodel in 6 months, |
