The park is surrounded by million dollar homes and has been here since 1942.One bedroom lrg closet a/c; bathroom, new bath, toilet, shower door, new sink,medicine cabinet, linen closet, full size washer/dryer; kitchen, new countertop/a/c; living rm w/new windows, a.c; two extra rooms for storage, computer room, office; patio, med size shed, xlrg shed, two car parking, garbage shed....$37,000 w/1 yr warranty for repair of appliances....

I bought a 1984 trailer from my sister my kitchen sink had leaked and by the time I noticed it, it was all "rolled" im trying to find out how much someone is willing to pay for it

i haven't signed the papers yet because I'm not sure if it's worth $33,000 ! It's a 3 bed 2 bath and needs some repairs. The thing that is scaring me is the furnace and hot water heater were in a basement. I'm not going to have a basement. The dealer is telling me he doesn't know how to hook up a furnace or a hot water heater. I'm older and single. I told him I wanted a home delivered that I could walk into and unpack. Now he's saying well, for an extra $2,000 I can hook up the furnace. From a basement furnace to a first floor furnace ?? I have heard of up flow and down flow . Not sure how they work but maybe I should run for the hills ... Any suggestions ?? And is the MH worth $33,000 delivered with a block foundation ?

All new piping under home, new kitchen sink, metal roof, vinyl siding.

Looking at a double wide trailer in NC that is old but does have a new roof on it. It sits on an acre of land. They are asking $99,000. which I feel is way too much for such an old trailer.

It is gorgeous! Like brand new! Wanting to sell cause were wanting to move! To another state. We are asking $ 55,000.00 it has 4 bedrooms 2 baths (one is gorgeous huge bath) ! Stone fireplace in den stone over stove also ! Hardwood flooring!

I purchased a 4bdrm 2bth Mobile home from a young couple that originally wanted $6000 for it, but there was literally a lady banging on their door when I was looking at the home and she was ready to buy it right then! How much should I sell my trailer house

How much is the average cost of painting the exterior of a double-wide mobile home, (do no prep work on it), 2 coats, brush painting or spray painting is okay, also? (Living Room/Kitchen area juts up about 2 feet higher than rest of home,average height.) Shed, small front porch, one awning and carport are included, please. Thank you--I'd appreciate any ballpark figure, as I do not want to get ripped off. (One estimate I got so far is $800, which seems HIGH, and another is for $3800, which is robbery!!)

We got a 3 bedroom mobile home which we out grown. There are 7 people who lives here. We need space. Problem is we cannot afford the prices that they are selling them for. Has anyone heard of any type of Grant to help us out. We are a license Foster Family as well. We would like to have more room to keep helping these kids.

there is a lot of sites to go to but what i am looking for is just a basic living trailer nothing really fancy and with my income of just disability it is difficult to find a trailer i can afford and also rent a spot

A friend got this basically for the cost of the new central unit (2 yrs. old) that had been installed. It had been a renter that the owners got caught in the economy, I believe, as they are trying to refi and it was devaluing their property so they wanted it gone

The inside was in good living condition upon purchase.
The only repairs needed were replacing a bedroom wall that had been torn down, a piece of sheetrock in the bathroom and new laminate flooring in the laundry and bathroom area.
Other than those three things, we repainted each room to our liking and put in new carpet throughout. We steam cleaned the carpet from our former home and cut each room piece to fit this home. We ended up short one bedroom and the hallway. We purchased those pieces of carpet (new) at a remnant shop for $90. We spent around $200.00 on paint and new light bulbs. To rebuild the wall, we spent nearly $100.
We purchased our mobile home for $2000 and have put less than $500 into it. Our home is now in excellent living condition!
