Mobile Home Cost - Buyer Experiences and Price Information

I am looking for land or a city lot that is zoned for a menufactured home in San Bernardino County.

3 bdrm 1 1/2 bath. master has large bathroom wth garden tub. needs plumbing work and electrical and new flooring or carpet and tile park lot rent is 85.00. has a new professional metal roof installed. just needs tlc. is livable because i live in it. desperately want to move. will accept 1/2 cash and other half on a comparable priced car. or a car worth full value.

Theu want 148000 they defiantly did internal repairs and cleaned it up to where it looks almost brand new again with a recent new rood and tie downs that withhold from over 200mpg winds. 2040 sq ft on a fenced 2.28 acres with a huge workshop out back. Im so deperate to get out of my current house because it s falling apart that im worried im being gullable and paying way to much money. Any thoughts?
