Mobile Home Cost - Buyer Experiences and Price Information

Need an estimate on the worth of my 99 fleetwood. It's a 3/2 with wood floors, all carpet has been removed. There's a leak in the restroom and the master bath shower does not work. The kitchen cabinets also need to be replaced.

Double Wide 4bedrooms and 3 baths. It is a 1998 in Hahira, Ga with 1.4 acres o land.

Three bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. 2 wood porches, (small in back and Large in front.) New water heater. New furnace. 2 mounted AC units. Dryer. Refrigerator. Stove. Dishwasher. A couple small Fix's need done. Some leaking from the pipes in one shower.

1974 Doublewide is a rent to own $22,000,it has 2 bathrooms, remodel porch, carport, big rooms. 4 bedrooms, big kitchen and dining room. Storage shed. We pay $500 lot in a family park with playground,no pool.

Im looking into buying a mobile home it is a 1981 single wide with 3 bedrooms 1 bath. The furnace is about 2 years old and has new windows. The roof has not been done in 9 or more years. Looks like it has water damage in one of the closets and the rugs have stains all over them. Located in a trailer park and they are asking $7,000 for it. I think its only worth 3,000-4,000 for it sense the condition of the mobile home is fair.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide pretty good condition with fridge stove. Is this a fair price?

I have never made any improvements on this trailer. It needs water lines repairs due to hard water build up. It sits on a cement slab. I live in upstate NY so in the winter my pipes freeze often. How much do you feel this trailer is worth?

This home is on 1 acre, has 3bd 2bath and walk in in the master. Has separate laundry room. Front and rear decks. 2 large outbuildings. New septic and laterals. New electric and plumbing. New counter tops and light fixtures throughout and outside as well. Fireplace in the living room, and vaulted ceilings.

Looking at a 68 Fleetwood 12X52 with Dual Awnings for my brother who is a Disables Vet. It has a Zinsko Main Service Panel. Home is in Fair Condition But due to service panel issue not sure if I should pay 5000.0 for the mobile home. Not located in most desired mobile home Park either
