I am in the process of trying to buy a mobIle home. It is a 1997 4bdrm, 1 bath single wide with aluminum siding, siding on back outside of home has fire damage (trailer caught fire a few years ago), old furnace but works, carpets need to be replace, hole in floor near washer(water damage from water overflow into house due to freezing pipes). Surround on bathtub but tiles behind are falling causing mildew, wood work on doorways need to be fixed, black mold underneath bathroom sink vanity,tile floors and bathroom needs replacement. Other than that 1 broken window, no screens, need paint and kitchen cabinets. Just trying to find out what it is worth |

This is 1991 that's clean and kept up. Put a new a/c in recently and has a small shed for storage. Also a carport attached. |

I bought it brand new in 2007. I have replace the carpets with perfo flooring and the paint is updated. |

We have completely remodeled this home. Husband paralyzed in 2011. All hardwood floors, high end ada master bath. (All tiled) very beautiful home. Triple wide. All new kitchen except cabinets. 2600 Sq ft. 2 decks. Double wide car port surrounded by trees. New carpet in very large guest bedroom with large closets. . 2 1/2 bath. Lots of storage. |

We completely rebuilt it. Metal roof,sheet rock, usedo screw and metal brackets. It's built like a house. |

3bed 2bath on quarter acre lot in comunity. In country. Washington state. 1995 built. Normal wear and tear on house. Scratches on cupboards and flooring. Old used carpet. Original light fixtures and home style inside and out. No new updates bedides paint. And new tub in main bath. May need new roof soon.
Doublewide.
Wanna know how much to make offer? Its sell by owner and make an offer a decent one.
Estimate how much.

When I bought it my home had an ac/ heating unit that had to be replaced, several light fixtures and light switches that had to be replaced, a kitchen faucet had to be replaced,and the linoleum on the kitchen counters is chipped. There is a gouge in the island and the outlet in the island is scorched and cracked.There is also scorching on the outlet in the master bath. Is this price appropriate for a home in this condition? |

Looking to buy a mobile home and have no idea why this one is over $100,000! It's beautiful from the pics, and the park seems really nice. Has a nice deck with gazebo and shed but why so expensive? |
