Bought new for Gmom so only lived in by 1 person. Now in nursing home. Condition roof, walls, floor are 9/10. Only issue is living room carpet will need replaced. Either she or fire left a red stain on carpet. AC is out not sure what needs repaired. Heat works fine. Also, dishwasher is out. Fridge and stove work fine. Break it down. Needs new living carpet, new appliances and ac repair or replaced. Other then that nothing just small stuff as toilet seat or loose sink handle. Has glamour bath with seperate walk in shower in master as well as walk in closet. 3/2.. Storm windows and doors. New tile roof. After power wash looks like it did day we bought it from dealer. In great park and it can stay if buyers meet parks requirements. Thoughts? |

We are interested in purchasing a 1998 Skyline model home , 2 bedrooms and 2 baths ( one bath has a garden tub with skylight ).
We paid $375 for a home inspection and there were no defects/repairs noted. We are concerned that this is a high price for something manufactured in 1998 |

Looked at this property it's a Doublewide 2000 to roll home the owner has had it on for sale for 140 days on trulia asking $77,000 sell by owner. I'm wanting to know what a 2002 roll home double wide is worth and what my might be a good price to offer....please help !!!!!!!! |

Trying to sell 1995 14x70 Fleetwood paid 18,900.00 purchased.77 acres mobile home is on lot in Shelby North Carolina, needs underpinning and front and back door steps . Our mobile home was totaled when it was moved. The mover has disappeared on us and we are stuck fighting his insurance company. Our mobile home, despite its age, was sturdy. But now the frame has been hacked to pieces. I am looking for a quote to take to his insurance company on our losses. |
